As an Early Years Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with children in both indoor and outdoor settings, creating stimulating and inspiring learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional development. What You’ll Do
Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Teamwork and reliability
Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
