As an Early Years Supply, we provide flexible hours that suit around you, but we also offer career progression, and any training opportunities paid for by us at Thrive!

As a Nursery Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop.
• To have an engaging and energetic personality.
• Covering holidays and help provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience!
• Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.

But more importantly as a Nursery Nurse Assistant you will have lovely warm smile that makes our children feel welcomed and special in every sense of the way!

Happitots Erskine is a well-established setting located in the heart of Renfrewshire. Happitots Erskine provides large, spacious, and airy rooms for you to create and develop activities with our amazing children! As a Nursery Assistant, you will join our highly skilled, and passionate team in providing exceptional care to our wonderful children, and we will also at Thrive support you in any career development opportunities to help you grow in the Early Years Industry.
