About the Role

As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities tailored to each child’s development
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care
• Collaborate with your team to provide a nurturing, inspiring environment

Essential Criteria

• Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Passion for supporting the growth, learning, and wellbeing of children
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

About Crewe Nature Kindergarten

Crewe Nature Kindergarten is a welcoming, well-established nursery set in the beautiful village of Weston, with free on-site parking for families and staff. We love to get outside and play with our amazing children at Crewe Nature Kindergarten, where we have an established Forest School which provides opportunities for outdoor learning across all areas of the curriculum.

As a Level 2 Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a dedicated, experienced team to provide a warm, enriching environment where every child can grow, explore, and flourish.
