Thrive Grosvenor House is a well-established and trusted nursery in the beautiful Belgrave area. The setting offers free on-site parking and is committed to being environmentally friendly, making small changes every day to create a cleaner, greener world.
Our nursery features a large outdoor area, perfect for exploring nature. As a Support Worker, you’ll enjoy spending time outdoors with children, discovering leaves, wildlife, and all the hidden gems that nature has to offer. You’ll join a skilled and passionate team dedicated to providing amazing care and nurturing children’s development every day.

What You’ll Do
Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Teamwork and reliability
Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
