At Thrive Cotton Lane, we are a well-established and trusted nursery, offering an award-winning, eco-friendly setting where children can learn, explore, and grow. With our Forest School and beautiful outdoor spaces, we provide engaging opportunities for hands-on learning in every area of the curriculum.
As an Early Years Supply, you’ll be spending time with our wonderful children, exploring the outdoors, and supporting their development in a safe, welcoming, and well-resourced environment. You’ll join a passionate, highly skilled team committed to delivering exceptional care and memorable learning experiences every day.
Whether you’re qualified, unqualified, returning to childcare after a break, or exploring a new career, we’d love to hear from you! We’ll provide all the training and support you need to grow in your Early Years journey.

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Teamwork and reliability
- Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
