    Role Details

    Role: Nature Learning Lead 
    Location: Happitots Nursery Glasgow Airport
    Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    Rate: £14.00 per hour

    About the Role

    We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner with experience delivering outdoor and nature-based learning. This role focuses on using the woodland areas around the nursery to create engaging activities that help children explore, learn and develop through nature.

    You will be confident working outdoors in all seasons, delivering hands-on experiences that promote curiosity, confidence and respect for the environment.

    Key Experience

    • Experience delivering nature-based or Forest School learning

    • Knowledge of woodland and land management principles

    • Passion for environmental education and outdoor learning

    • Knowledge of wildlife, trees and plant identification

    • Experience with traditional outdoor skills and crafts

    • Ability to create and follow risk assessments for outdoor activities
