We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our amazing team at Happitots Erskine! As a Nursery Manager, you will provide high quality childcare to the local community and over-see the day to day operation of the nursery to the highest standards. Happitots Erskine is a well-established setting located in the heart of Renfrewshire. Happitots Erskine provides large, spacious, and airy rooms for you to create and develop activities with our amazing children! As a Nursery Manager, you will join our passionate team in providing exceptional care to our wonderful children, and we will also at Thrive support you in any career development opportunities to help you grow in the Early Years Industry. With a reputation for providing high-quality childcare, as a Nursery Manager, you will be a positive role model, you will live our values and will have a good understanding of the commercial aspects of running a busy nursery.

Essential Criteria

You must hold a relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification relevant to Early Years, or able to work towards a Management qualification with SVQ3 or HNC qualifications currently in place. You must have at least 2 years Deputy / Operational experience also with children aged 0-5.
