We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who are looking for flexible work within a supportive and nurturing nursery environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Support and deliver stimulating learning experiences through play and planned activities
- Promote children’s individual learning and development
- Support daily routines, activities and holiday cover
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a skilled and passionate Early Years team
- Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements
- Act as a positive role model for children and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- A reliable, enthusiastic and positive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery
