Cash Health Plan

We care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, and we have invested in this for you. This amazing benefit allows you to claim back the cost of many of yours and your children’s health charges, including dental bills, prescription charges, inoculations and optical costs, up to your annual limit. There is also financial support for a wide range of therapy treatments, including physiotherapy, chiropractic and alternative therapies such as reflexology and Reiki and allergy testing.

Group Life Cover

We want to look after your family as well as you. In the event of your death whilst in service, we will pay a lump sum to your chosen recipient to help support them and take away some financial burden at their time of need.

Sometimes we all need a little bit of professional support and guidance, that’s why we offer 24/7 telephone counselling support. Your children are covered FREE up to their 24th birthday if in full time education.

Christmas off

Spending time with loved ones is what really makes Christmas special, we want our teams to enjoy the festive period and truly relax, in whichever way they wish, so our nurseries with the exception of one close over the Christmas period, our teams return refreshed and ready for the new year.

Earn to Learn Apprenticeships

Blaze your own trail! We have plenty of apprenticeship opportunities here at Thrive – earning while you are learning can be a fantastic way of building the initial stages of your career and earn along the way. An apprentice will receive training from a recognised and supportive apprenticeship provider, college or university and work towards a nationally recognised qualification at an appropriate level. This will be achieved through a combination of training, shadowing, coursework and mentoring where you will be required to spend a minimum of 20% of time developing in this way. The apprenticeship is a combination of training from the provider and exposure to new and exciting skills here at Thrive.
